Gena Grauman
Agent/Realtor
I have been associated with the real estate profession since 1998. I learned the business from the ground up, beginning as the receptionist/call coordinator for CPS Country Air Properties in Lakeport, CA. Within a year I had my real estate license. In 1999 I became involved at the local and state level with the California Association of Realtors, becoming a director for three years and president of our local association for one year.
I have my GRI designation, (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute) that involved 120 hours of classroom instruction. In 2013 I received my CRE designation (Certified Negotiations Expert).
In 2007, I obtained my California broker's license. I am very proud of that accomplishment, even though I am no longer able to use it. I took many real estate courses and sat through a grueling test to obtain that license and that knowledge has helped me here.
In 2010, I made some life changes and moved back to Texas. I had to start over and study for my Texas license. I have been licensed here for many years now and am enjoying working with buyers and sellers. It is thrilling when I can help someone in such an important time in their lives.
On a personal note, I enjoy being a part of the local theater group in Azle, The Azle Popcorn Players. I have acted in several plays now and love being on stage entertaining people.
